Race. Age. Gender. Disability. LGBTQIA+. These are some of the reasons people commonly experience unconscious bias in the workplace.

And with many reporting feeling bias monthly, or even daily, it can feel like endless cycle.

Facebook saw this as an issue, but also an opportunity to educate their employees on the problem. They invited us to help them create an internal campaign to shed light on some of the most common unconscious biases, and to drive people to sign up for their “Be The Ally” training.

In the end over 4,400 employees went out of their way to attend the optional sessions after seeing the work – and 71% of employees reported they thought the campaign helped the company internally.
